CONGRATS! Harrison Kennedy and Whitehorse Win Early 2016 Junos


After 6 nominations, Hamilton Blues legend Harrison Kennedy has finally won his first Juno (Blues Album of the Year) thanks to his latest amazing recording This is From Here.  He made the Hammer proud on April 2, 2016 at a music industry gala ceremony in Calgary.

Hamilton/Burlington/Toronto folk rock duo, Whitehorse also took home the statue for Adult Alternative Album of the Year for their explosive Leave No Bridge Unburned CD.  This album's been collecting awards and nominations (as well as spots on best of 2015 lists) for a while.

CONGRATS EVERYONE!

The second day of the Junos will be broadcast live on April 3, 2016 on CTV and we're still waiting to see if Burlington's Walk Off The Earth will win the Fan Choice and Group of the Year awards.
